Passed away peacefully at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home, with family by her side on Friday, March 30, 2018, in her 89th year. Born in Stratford, Ontario, to the late William “Jim” and Mary (Brodhagen) Racho. Beloved wife of the late Wilmer Lyon MacGregor who predeceased her in July 1996. Dear sister of Joan Eaton of Egmondville. Loving sister-in-law of Catherine Racho, Gloria Racho, and Gerald Moir. Fondly remembered by her niece Wendy Muriel (Chessell) Anderson and cousin Carol (Racho) Hey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Joyce Chessell (George), and Blanche Moir, and brothers Herman (Marie), Stan, and Jim Racho, brothers-in-law Bruce (Jean), and Ronald MacGregor (Mildred), and sisters-in-law Eula Mellick (Gladwyn), and Kathleen McClinchey.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (one street west of Main) on Wednesday, April 4th from 1:30 – 2:15 PM, where the funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM with Rev. Laurie O’Leary officiating. Interment Bayfield Cemetery.
