Marg’s consistently thoughtful, pleasant, and genuinely caring personality was a gift to the community, that will long be remembered by everyone who had the good fortune to cross her path. It was always clear that Marg’s family was her priority and as much as she loved to talk about her kids and her grandchildren, she was part of a special and unbeatable team with you Greg. Treasure the good times you had and the amazing memories you created together. While we are sorry we are not there today, we will be thinking of all of you and remembering Marg, who leaves a legacy you can all be proud of.

Annie and I will miss Marg’s lovely laughter and her generous giving spirit.
She and Greg became our good friends when we lived at “Greenlee Corners” for 12 years.
The good times we shared with her we’ll never forget, in Lucan, London, Sunfish Lake and Florida.
Beside being a great Mom, wife, grandmother and friend to countless folks, she made the worlds greatest Caesar salad and played Kabong ( a Greenlee Corners card game) ferociously. You never wanted to be sitting to her right!
God rest you sweet lady, and strength to Bagly and the family.

Dear Wragg Family,
Please except our deepest condolences to all of you. Travis and Cameron were very sad to hear of the news of Marg. From day one of our meeting on the side of 23 highway you made me feel at ease and treated my boys as if you were their Grandma too. This was especially comforting considering that for the 4 years you drove their bus, they had to cross both ways getting on and off the bus. I always felt assured that you would keep them safe. God knows we had some near misses and if it weren’t for you, things could be very different. Now, I take comfort in the fact you will be watching over them and keeping them safe as they ride the bus again.
Even after we moved to town and I was picking the boys up from school, you never missed greeting us as we left the school and asking the boys how their day and year was going. We missed not seeing you at the end of the sidewalk with your doors open ready to talk this past school year. We hope you can now get some rest in heaven.
Love
Mike , Nicole, Travis and Cameron Yeo

Greg, Alissa, Mike, Chantelle, Owen, Brooklyn, and Families;
We are sending our sincere condolences to you all on the passing of Marg. She was one of the best neighbours to chat with in Clandeboye and she was my favourite bus driver when I was a kid. I got to introduce our daughter to Marg as she often drove the Wilberforce kids on their school trips. I had the pleasure to run into Marg over the last few months and she gave me some life advice, she said, “You love to travel Brenda don’t you – make sure you see the world – because life is too damn short!” I will miss her contagious smile and friendly wave, she was a wonderful lady. Cherish all of the memories you have, as they will get you through this difficult time.

Dear Greg and family: I am so very sorry for your loss. She was a special lady and will be sorely missed. She always had a smile on her face – even in the rough times. I enjoyed our many card games in Florida, especially “pass the ace” where I often got stuck behind her only to get the ace she would pass me with a devilish giggle. Take some comfort in the fact that she has provided many good memories for a lot of people.
Michelle Murphy-Bukala
I am so very sorry for the loss of Marg. Marg was a part of the Murphy family at Murphy Bus Lines. She had been working as a driver for almost 35 years and was an inspiration to her fellow colleagues. She drove many generations of students and enjoyed being apart of their daily routine. Marg was the first to offer a helping hand and was always meeting me at the Lucan Arena every December to help set up and decorate for the Murphy Christmas Party. This last year she had mentioned her back was sore, yet she was still there smiling and not taking the opportunity to go home. I am so thankful for her help and so happy she got to enjoy the party with all her friends and colleagues. We will all miss Marg’s cheerful charm, she could light up a room with her smile! She will be missed very much.

Dear Rose family,
At this very painful and difficult time please accept my condolence and deep regrets for your loss for I lost my entire family to our enemy death and would like to share with you where I found hope and comfort at that time. I found this in what I read in Jehovah Gods word the Bible at John5:28,29 for there it tells us we’ll see our love ones again in the resurrection when Jesus brings them back here on earth and at Isaiah25:8 we’re told that this enemy death will be swallowed up forever. With these scriptures and others I’m able to cope with my loss and get through each day because now I know I’ll see my love ones again and so can you. I wanted to share this with you now when hope and comfort is needed in hopes that this will help you also in some way for this is my purpose in sharing this with you at this time and please know that I so share your grief and hope you’ll feel free to let me know if this helped in some way. Hoping to hear from you.
Sincerely, GM

We are very saddened to hear of Marg’s passing. I knew that every morning that my girls got on her bus they were gonna be safe. There was one time when we lived on #4 she was stopped to let Shannon off the bus. A car 2 vehicles back didn’t stop and starting driving down the shoulder. Marg grabbed her as she was getting off and saved her from injury. I know there are a lot of great bus drivers but to us she was one of the very best. R.I.P Marg a lot of kids are gonna miss you.
