To Bill Sr. & Family: I share in the sadness of your loss. As I read the notice, I remembered back to the evenings that Clara would travel with you to an Information session at EAP London. I would offer her coffee and donuts, but she was content just to be there. I also have a fond memory of the cool morning I had coffee with both of you at your kitchen table, when I brought my &&single&&56 up to show you. I just thought I would let you know I was thinking about, and share a couple of memories from an old friend. I hope you find strength within your family and know that your friends care. Best regards, “Depot” Dave Mirrlees

Uncle Bill with all my love…
It weakens all hearts for your loss but Clara wouldn&&single&&t want you to tie yourself with tears but be happy with the time spent together. Sadly it is now time that she travels alone so grieve a while for her then let your grief be comforted by trust
for it&&single&&s only for a while that you shall part. Bless the memories within your heart for she won&&single&&t be far, she will be near and if you listen with your heart you will feel all her love around you…soft and clear.

There are only a handful of people who come into your world and touch your life. Some are just flickers of light while others are consistent glows… as will always be Clara Brown.
Let&&single&&s not grieve Clara&&single&&s passing but celebrate her life; remember all the special moments that she has left us for she would not want us to focus on the sadness of her passing.
Hearts go out to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; all of those she called “hers”. May you find peace knowing she loved you so very much. Know that she is in a better place now and at peace. Know that she will remain forever looking over you as she always has. Keep her in your hearts and you too will find that peace.
As for me…If anyone in the world deserves a pair of snow white wings it would be my Godmother. A kind hearted individual who asked for very little but who gave endlessly to those around her. You will remain forever loved and always in my heart.
Your loving God-daughter…Melissa

Bill, Norah, Betty, Bill and families. Anne just emailed me with the sad news that Clara passed away yesterday. My deepest condolences for each of you. I have many terrific memories of Clara. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. I particularly remember all the times playing road hockey and base ball with Norah and Betty (and usually losing) and then going to your house after for a drink and seeing Clara knitting another gift for someone.
