We are shocked to read that Lois has passed away. Your Mom and Dad were so special to us, as my neighbours for years in Harphurey and later, when Glen and I were engaged, they were the first to learn of our big news. I visited Lois now and then in Maplewood Manor and she did not ever lose her spark. We talked about her illness and what was to come from the very beginning so I do so hope the end was quick and as pain free as possible. Such an inspiring woman, a special heart, I will miss her so, so much. I am so sorry to have missed her visitation and service. Know that our sympathy is with you. Linda & Glen

I will always remember Lois as the smiling redhead at church. She was a kind, gentle, and generous person and I will tell the tale forever of the time she bought the absolute worst cake in the world at the church bake sale – I am sure because she felt sorry for the baker – me! I will remember her with great fondness and send my sincere condolences to the entire family at this time.
