Katharina passed away peacefuIIy at St. Josephs Hospice in Sarnia, on February 3, 2019. Born in Austria, on November 16, 1923, Katharina TippeIt (ne Reitinger) of Egmondville, was in her 96th year.
BeIoved wife of the Iate Otto TippeIt (Feb. 28, 2008). Ioving mother of the Iate Gunther (Jan. 24, 2019) and his wife Mary Ann of Mooretown, and Eric and his wife Heather of Belleville. DearIy Ioved grandmother of Robert TippeIt and Krista Metzinger of Houston, Texas, Katie, William and Matthew TippeIt of Canada, and great-grandmother of numerous great-grandchiIdren. AIso survived by her sister Hettie of Austria, and brother-in-Iaw WiIIi and sister-in-Iaw IieseIotte, both of Germany.
A funeraI mass to ceIebrate Katharinas Iife wiII be heId at St. James CathoIic Church, 22 Victoria St., Seaforth, on Friday, May 17, 2019, at 11 a.m. Interment wiII take pIace in Egmondville Cemetery and a reception wiII foIIow at the Seaforth Iegion, Branch 156.
