Mom shared the news of Paul’s passing when I was home earlier this week. I know he was hurting and it was time for him to go, but the void left behind will be felt by many. I always enjoyed crossing paths with you and Paul, and the rest of the gang, when I was at the farm for a visit. So many laughs and fun memories – I know Mom and Dad treasure your friendship. Take good care, and stay connected – there’s so much love and support in this community xo

Betty,, it is with great sadness that I see Paul’s name on here,, I had no idea he was ill. I haven’t seen Paul for some time now,, but when ever I did, I walked away with a smile on my face. He was always good with the jokes, and the wise cracks, and he had the best delivery for the punch lines, lol….. He brought a lot of happiness to lots of people over the years,, an icon, seems like everyone knew Paul. He always seemed to have that smooth way, of turning any conversation into a joke,, and that made him so endearing to soooo many people. When you run into someone who brings up his name, you will be able to smile, and know that you just met someone else that ran into Paul somewhere along the way, and that that person walked away from him with a grin on their face too. Heaven will be rocking now with laughter, Paul will keeping all those angels on their toes , the only thing now is,, Paul is going to have to remember to keep those jokes clean up there.. LOL. Thinking of you Betty, and the entire family, , I know how much you are all going to miss Paul.. Hugs,,,,

Betty and family;
We are so very sorry to hear about Paul. He was such a friendly, smiling man with a twinkle in his eye that I am sure led to much mischief over the years. I spoke to Paul one day when he was out looking for a dog blanket at Arc Angels in Dashwood. He told me of his diagnosis and his plans. He also told me a lot of family history that day that I had never heard before. I really enjoyed our talk. I love to hear the stories of past times and how families coped years ago. Ray and I have driven by your place a few times since Covid started and wondered how Paul was doing. We are thinking of you and praying that your memories and your faith help to sustain you in the next days, weeks and months. God bless.
