Each Spring your Mum & Dad would come up the hill to the farm for the first rhubarb and asparagus.
We enjoyed many years of visiting with them “over the hedge” when we came down to the beach for a swim.
Your dad shared his fresh fish catches with us.
We miss them both–good neighbours and friends they were .

Dear Patty, Rob, Sarah and Mark,
My sincere sympathy to you and your extended family. As you recall, your Mom and Grandma was a nursing colleague from the 1970’s when we worked at the Middlesex London Health Unit together. Although intermittent, our contacts over the years were highlighted by Pat’s delight in all of you. She was so proud of each of you and felt fortunate to be a part of your lives. Walking beside during this time of grief.
Love and hugs.
Sandra Mackenzie
I worked with your mom at the Middlesex-London Health Unit. I recall her smile and readiness to help anyone on the team. Also we welcomed her offers to hold staff gatherings at the family cottage. She was a generous woman.

Please accept our very deepest sympathy at your loss. We did not know Pat well but certainly knew her as part of our community. She was highly thought of and anytime I spoke with her, it was always evident how much she loved her family. They seemed to be always foremost in her mind. I know the last year has not been easy for her, nor for her family. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless.

Patty, Rob, Sarah and Mark, we will keep you in our prayers. We remember your mom around the church on various occasions and she always seemed so uptempo and happy. There are a number of other connections with the Bice family – at Kincardine, of course, but also at St. James Cemetery where so many of the Bice Clan are buried. Huron Church Camp, too, connects us. We are honoured by the many ways we are linked.
