You are in the right spot. A few friendly tips:
- you do not need to refresh your screen
- make sure both the volume on the player (5 little green lines on the bottom right) and your computer are turned up
- you may also wish to view the video in fullscreen mode by clicking the 4 little arrows beside the volume
- the video will appear below approximately 2-5 minutes prior to announced start time
- the recorded video will be made available to watch following the conclusion. For previously recorded events click here: Previous Livestreams
- consider leaving an online condolence below the posted obituary to let the family you joined them virtually
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
