Suddenly as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, of Hensall at the age of 27. Proud dad of Paisley McDougall. Cherished son of Lois Anne (Lostell) and Terry Smith, and Troy and Marrianne McDougall. Loving brother of Kaytlin McDougall (Ryan Powell), Megan McDougall (Jamie Simmons), Victoria Snieder, and Jackie Snieder. Adored uncle of Morgan, and Connor “Batman” Powell. Beloved grandson of Lloyd and the late Carol Anne Lostell, Fiona and the late Bill McLeod, and late Harry McDougall. Dear nephew of Steven, and Robert Lostell, and Jim and Lucy McDougall. Jacob will be missed by many cousins.
Jacob was an avid sports fan for his whole life. He is lovingly remembered by many of his teammates who quickly became his friends. Above all, he loved spending time with his precious daughter, his greatest pride and joy.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, SEAFORTH on Saturday afternoon from 1 – 4 PM. Due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions, each person must RSVP to attend the visitation. Please click “Register Now” below, to register.
Jacob’s funeral service will be held at Hensall Community Christian Church, 76 King Street, HENSALL on Sunday, February 20th at 1 PM. Spring interment Bairds Cemetery.
