Surrounded by her family at Jessica’s House in Exeter on March 3, 2022 of Exeter and formerly of Kirkton in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald “Reg” Morrison for 65 years. Loving mother of Lorrie Hrudka (Peter), Lisa Taylor (Jeff Loosley), Lynda Cooper (Kevin Baxter), Julie O’Neill (Steve), and Gary Morrison. Cherished Grandma of Kyla, Amy, Kelsey, Chad, Kirby, Courtney, Lauren, Jeri and Brookelynn and Great Grandma Jelly Bean of Hannah, Charlie, June, Levi, Piper, Grace, and Lucas. Dear sister and sister in law of John Mathers (Donna), Ross Mathers (Marlene), Lloyd Mathers (Bonnie), Jack Guenther and Pauline Morrison. Predeceased by infant daughter Wendy, parents Ilene (Walker) and Andrew Mathers, sister Mary Richardson, parents-in-law Verda (Moore) and Russell Morrison and brothers-in-law Ray and Preston Morrison.
Dorothy was very crafty, she enjoyed quilting, photography, and was a great seamstress. Dot also enjoyed dancing, travelling with Reg and was a real social butterfly; she will be missed by all who knew her.
In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at Kirkton Union Cemetery on Friday May 6, 2022 at 2PM.
