Cherished father of Wesley Regier, Amy Regier (Shaun), Melany Hodgins (Sean), Tony Regier (Ashley). Proud grandpa of Trenton, Alison, Jordan, Eden; Rilee, Hailee; Maddux, Selena; Dylan, Myles, and Sawyer. Beloved son of Frank and Doreen (Overholt) Regier. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Judy VanHorn, Bonnie Taylor (Ted), Pat Scholey (Art), Barb Dutton (Paul), Randy Regier (Nancy), Sam Regier (Julie), Kevin Regier (Brenda), Norman Regier (Barb). Predeceased by brothers-in-law Lloyd VanHorn, and Brian Scholey. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends, and the McLeod family.
Following Wayne’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place. Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to Jessica’s House or South Huron Minor Hockey – specifically to support those needing assistance with registration costs would be appreciated by the family.

I remember when I met Wayne for the first time I was pretty nervous. After all I was dating his daughter and I was told he used to lift weights quite a bit. But thankfully that night he didn’t threaten me and made me feel at ease. He eventually became my father in-law and I look back on my time with him with great fondness. He would always like to throw playful jabs my way. The last time I saw him he was giving me a hard time for my crooked lines from my lawnmower in the grass. Our hearts are broken at losing our dear son Wayne. We loved him so much and wished he could have out lived us. However, we did not want him to suffer anymore either.
