On June 6, 2022 of Komoka, Ontario and formerly of Westville, Nova Scotia, Ann passed away just shy of her 80th birthday. Reunited with her beloved husband of 60 years Robert “Robbie”, daughter Kathleen “Kathy”, son David, and granddaughter Vanessa. Lovingly remembered by her children Bob (Deb), Tim, and Greg, grandchildren Sonya (Wayne), Alicia (Jason), Josh, Erik, Millan (Sarah), Candice (Ian), great-grandchildren Justin, Malachy, Jamen, Abel, Kiara, and great-great grandchildren Kaiden and Luca. She will be missed by her siblings Jim (Pat), Wendy (Wayne) and Peggy, sister-in-law and bingo partner, Sharon, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Patricia and brother Bill and her parents Millan and Dorothy.
Ann was born in Nova Scotia and quickly set to make her own way in this world. She met the love of her life at 14 and they spent the next 60 years together building their family. Ann worked at Fleck Manufacturing and Centralia College. A lifelong Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leaf fan, Ann never missed a game and always had a running commentary throughout the games.
Ann was the matriarch of our family, she had advice and opinions for all of us, and we will miss her dearly.
Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will gather at her son’s home, 90 Richmond Street, Hensall on Sunday, June 19th from 2-4 PM.
Donations to Country Terrace, Komoka or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

The picture truly captures Ann”s personality, alaways smiling and friendly . I will remember her and my mo m along with a few others from the park waiting for the weekly “BINGO BUS” what a great time they all had. There is quite a great crew in heaven now all togather dabbing those cards and having a laugh. No more illness just good times . Rest in peace Ann you were a great neighbour to everyone.
