It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Marg. Marg passed away peacefully at Blue Water Rest Home on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the age of 82.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, the late William (Bill) Tugwell (2019).
Born and raised in Toronto, where she later met Bill. After marrying, the two made a home with their family and settled in Huron County. She was known to many as Mrs. T and her endless stories and laughter will be profoundly missed by all.
Cherished mother of and grandmother of Marni and Harold Van Aaken and their children Amanda (Taylor), Jessica (Stephen) and Adrienne; Billy Tugwell and his children Amber and Dawson; Karen Sisson and her children Kelly, and David (Aimee); Wayne Tugwell and Norma Maher. Proud Great Gram to Noelle, Scott, Rachael, Emberleigh, Caden, Grayson, Krew, and Carson. Predeceased by her parents Art and Mary O’Hagan, brother Patrick and son-in-law Gordon Sisson.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Mrs. T’s life at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, 73334 Bluewater Highway, Zurich (St. Joseph) on Thursday, October 27th at 1 PM.

We are so sad to learn of Margs passing. She will forever hold a special place in the hearts of our family. Bill and Marg babysat our son, Owen years ago. When Bill passed, and Covid started, I would get Margs groceries for her quite often. Owen would go over and do odd jobs for Marg. She was lovely, kindhearted lady and we’ve missed her in the neighborhood for a while now, but we will forever think happy thoughts of her.
Sending love and hugs,
Heather, Tony, Owen and Matthew Armstrong

It’s hard to believe – Mrs. T seemed invincible. We will miss being in her orbit. She was always interesting – a great observer, a terrific storyteller that would usually end with a chuckle ☘️
