Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Huron Hospice on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the age of 73. Wife of Andy Langevin. Cherished mother of Andrew Langevin (Nicole DiPietro), and Audrey McLean (John Peart). Proud grandmother of Behr Langevin and Brayden, and Kya Peart. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Tina (the late Pat), Rose (Claude), Joe (Carmela), Carmelo (Anna), and Nina. Fondly remembered by the Langevin family and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Luigi and Elizabeth Colangelo and her brother Fidel.
Annet was born in Italy and when she was 8 years old, her family moved to Canada and built a life. She has always been proud of both her Italian and Canadian roots. Annet loved being outdoors and enjoyed the beauty nature had to offer. She loved going for walks and keeping active. She will be remembered for her laugh that could light up any room and cooking delicious meals in the kitchen. Annet was a true dog whisperer and will be missed by her companion Macee.
A celebration of Annet’s life will be held at a later date.
Donations to Huron Hospice for their incredible staff and facilities would be appreciated by the family.

So incredibly sorry for your loss Andy. You and your family. I lost my mother very young and my father very young. It’s terrible feeling of emptiness.

As a member of the large Langevin family and being one of the younger ones, I was bumped to the kids table many times by older siblings bringing mates to dinner. I never minded being bumped by Annet because you could still hear her distinct laugh emanating from the other room and it brought joy to all that heard it. She was a bright light and beautiful soul and will be missed and remembered forever.
