At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Monday, March 6, 2006 John Ewart Pepper of Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall and formerly of Exeter in his 104th year. Beloved husband of the late Pearl (Carbert) Pepper (1988). Dear son of the late William and Elizabeth Pepper. Predeceased by brothers Ernest, Foster, Stewart, Alexander (Sandy) and Nelson and sisters Nettie McClinchey, Grace Pepper, Ella Tinney and Dora Slavin. Survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Wednesday evening 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 9th at 11 a.m. with Pastors Kevin Rutledge and Scott Stein officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to the Emmanuel Baptist Church Building Fund or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
