Peacefully at his late residence with family at his side, after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, December 21, 2003 Kenneth Robert Tucker of Exeter and formerly of Georgetown in his 62nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Jeanene Tucker. Loving father of Gary Tucker of Georgetown, Susan Tucker of Strathroy, Linda Tucker(Russ)of Stephen, Arkansas, Janet Tucker of Edmonton, Alberta, Wayne Drake (Johanne) of Hamilton, Dave Drake (Barbara) of Ingersoll, Rob Drake (Tammy) of London, Sharina Mac Pherson (Jack) of Auburn and Alice Armstrong (Mike) of London. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ron and Beth Tucker of Sault Ste. Marie, Barb and Don Cadogan and Elaine Regier both of London. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ken was a member of Local 593 of the Plumbing and Pipefitters Union and the founder of Advanced Welding Techniques Inc. and past president of the Association of Private Welding Career Colleges. Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd at 1:30 PM with Rev. Carolyn Tencamp officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
