So sorry to hear that my first cousin Marven (our fathers were brothers) has passed away. Our family in Edmonton will be thinking of Marven’s family as they remember the good times. May your memories bring you continuing comfort.
The Wein family gatherings were always fun. I found much pleasure as our uncles and aunts and then the cousins continued the traditions started by Gottfried and Veronica Wein of Crediton.

It is with heartfelt thoughts that we extend our deepest sympathy to the entire “Wein” family on the passing of Marven (Briggy). He was such a nice man with a big smile. I always enjoyed chatting with him when he was sitting out on the porch reading the morning paper or meeting up with him on his daily strolls. Unfortunately we are unable to attend the service on Saturday, but know that our thoughts and prayers are there with you. Treasure the memories you have and hold them close to your heart and they will help to get you through the difficult days ahead. We will miss Briggy as a neighbour but know he is now at peace and free from pain.
Sincerely your neighbours,
Clare & Brenda Martene & family

We are very sorry to hear of Marvin’s passing. We last saw him at Uncle Lloyds funeral and had a nice visit with him before and after the service. With Doug’s job, we were posted in 10 locations in Canada and seldom were in the Crediton/Exeter area. Our prayers are with his family at this trying time.
