After a prolonged bout with cancer, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Delores Marie (Byrne) Cooke, at her residence in London, on Saturday Aug 21, 2010, in her 60th year. Beloved daughter of Jack and Teresa Byrne of Grand Bend. Besides her parents she is survived by her brothers Keith (Lulu) of Brantford, Kevin (Ivy) of Halifax and John (Julie) of Tillsonburg, sisters Deborah (Paul) and Diane (Kevin) of London and Denise (Joe) of Bayfield and her son Dale and daughter Patricia and their families in Halifax. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation.
The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010 at 11 a.m.. at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, Zurich. Visitation 1 hour prior to service time at the church. Fr. Graham Keep celebrant. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the Southwest CCAC and VON Middlesex for their care of Delores over the past few years. A special thank you to her friends Cindy, Linda and special friend Dave.

I am really sorry to hear of the passing of Delores, i have only known her for a short time but was very surprised to hear while i was away on vacation that she passed on.
