Aunt Leone, Mary, Susan, Patti, Debbie, Paul & Catherine,
I can’t begin to express my sadness to you at the loss of Uncle Lloyd. My heart and my prayers are with you always but particularly now during your grief.
I know that Uncle Lloyd is in a wonderful place right now, enjoying the love, warmth and happiness at being at Our Father’s side. A prince among men on earth and a Knight for his Maker in heaven. Even in sadness, find comfort knowing that your husband and father is home.
I love you all very much! My prayers are with you as are my thoughts. I will say a special Novena for Uncle Lloyd and ask my priest here to say a mass in his honour.
God Bless and keep all of you.
Eternal rest grant unto him, oh Lord,
And may your perpetual light shine upon him.
May Lloyd Steinberg’s soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed
Through the mercy of God
Rest in peace.
Amen.
With all my love,
Chris.

Condolences to you Lee and all others grieving;
As one of the senior members of the Steinberg family I have seen many strong and sound members of our family depart. Such is life’s journey. I think the best of solace I could offer would be to trust our youth. We all try to pass on the best of our self and our own linage to our children with hope they forward on to their own what is the best of us. So I hope that the best of who is Lloyd Steinberg will live on in your memories and life. May Lloyd’s best wishes for his heirs be fulfilled even in the absence of his physical presence. May your peace and joy return swiftly.
Sharing the lose,
Carl and Jean Steinberg (Windsor, Ontario)
To the remaining Steinbergs I forward on the quest and hope of our (mine and Lloyd’s) grandmother Eliza (Goertz) (1868 – 1953), wife of Johan Steinberg,
“Whoever you are, be noble. Whatever you do, do well.
Whenever you speak, speak kindly. Spread joy wherever you dwell.”
