Peacefully, with family by his side at Jessica’s House, Exeter on Monday, July 16, 2018 of Exeter and formerly of Crediton in his 91st year. Loving husband of Marion (Varley) Armstrong. Beloved father of Jodi and Kevin Jones of Clinton and Jeff and Kelly Armstrong of Granton. Dear grandfather of Tristan Jones, Taylor Jones; Dallin Armstrong and Declan Armstrong. Dear brother-in-law of Vera Armstrong of Exeter, Margaret Brintnell of Exeter, and Raymond Varley of Huron Park. Fondly remembered by nephew Rob Varley and several nieces and nephews. Especially remembered by Brad and Jocelyn Wright and their family. Predeceased by his parents George and Helen (Crewes) Armstrong, brothers Ned and Wallace Armstrong, and sisters Geraldine Elliot and Fran LaFrance.
Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter (519-235-1220) entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to SHHF- Jessica’s House would be appreciated by the family.
