Dear Friends, We are feeling your loss.
As each day passes we are told things will get easier.
We can not imagine the void in your daily routine, as Jerry feels
the open gap as well. We speak of you often Gus,and even though we know you are in a better place,we are still selfish enough to wish you were with us as your jovial happy go lucky self.
Gus will never be forgotten as our friend.

My deepest felt condonlonces to the Gregus family for their loss.
I grew up with and went to school with Brad. As time goes by, we went our seperate lives. Nevertheless, “Gus” always spoke to me on the street whenever I was in Exeter. He never failed to wave or have a warm smile for me.
Gus is going to be deeply missed.
I am certain he is home with the Holy Father and looking down and smiling upon his wonderful family.

Gerry and family,
By chance while waiting in a pharmacy, I opened the obituary page of the London Free Press and saw Gus’s smiling face. His picture took me immediately to Maple Leaf Estates in Florida and the many bocce games we played together. He was a formidable opponent and I much preferred when we played on the same team, but such is the luck of the draw. We admired his ingenuity in making a device to pick up his bocce ball and his gentle manner. He was interested in learning about the people he met and was pleased to learn one of Cheryl’s sisters lives in Exeter. His perserverence to keep physically active was an inspiration to us all at MLE. Thinking of you as you begin your journey through grief. May your memories of Gus bring you comfort.

To the Gregus Family,
Gus was a very special man,and he had a particularily special bond with me.Gus was the initiation that I had the priveledge of having into the Construction Industry. For some ,that might have been an intimidting thought, but for me it was purely inspirational. His work ethic and determination to succeed still remains one of the striking qualities that have stayed with me so many years.Reflecting back on the Summer work with Gus,Brad and Jim,there was always one thing that stuck with me”Do a good job for the Customer”,no matter what it takes. That is quite evident with the Projects that I work on today. What started out as a Summer Job with Gus has transpired into a Career of leading Construction activities on some of the Tallest Skyscrapers, and Largest Projects in Canada.
Thank you Gus for modelling the way, your legacy will stay with me forever.
Rest in Peace,
Mike Clark
