My deepest condolences to you Vicky and Tracy. You lost a great DAD: he was the most gentil, kind, caring, smart, funny and loving human being. He used to tell lots of stories- short and very long ones- but he loved to tell how much fun you had together and he would laugh so hard! He was SO proud of you two. We will miss him too but we know that the world – and Zurich- is a better place today because of your dad and the legacy that he left behind. Adieu Percy…

Sincere condolences to the Bedard family. I first met Percy at the funeral of his brother Richard and learned from him that he had prostate cancer and that he was fighting it. I also knew Bette – they sat in the pew behind us at St-Peter’s. Particularly my condolences go out to Cecilia and Gord Smith, who I came to know at the church in Zurich. I have a fond recollection of Percy as someone who was always positive with a smile for everyone. RIP.

Percy had such a warm smile and gentle manner whenever I saw him. Even when he was sick it was hard to tell from his positive attitude. His skill and attention to detail in the wood work he did is exceptional. It is through Heather R that I met Percy and my sympathies go out to her and the entire extended Bedard family.
