Passed away suddenly at Seaforth Community Hospital on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the age of 74. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bob and Shirley Brugger. Cherished Uncle of Amanda and Nathan Marshall, Jason Brugger and Kim Souch, and Becky Brugger and great-uncle of Corbin, Cohen, Mckinlee; Jacob; Emerson, and Addyson. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Clara (Nediger) Brugger. Frank was well known for his love of snowmobiling and motorcycles and his enjoyment for working on those machines. Frank will be greatly missed by the community of Seaforth.
Cremation has taken place. A come and go celebration of Frank’s life will be held at the Seaforth Legion, 123 Main Street South, on Saturday, May 25th from 1 – 4 PM. The family asks that if you have photos of Frank, please bring them along to share. A private graveside service will be held at Maitlandbank Cemetery at a later date.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
