Passed away peacefully at the Exeter Villa on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 of Exeter, formerly of Grand Bend and Brantford in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Tom Casey (2006). Predeceased by her children George Casey and June Marie Casey. Elsie will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family. Cremation has taken place. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Brantford at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter. In memory of Elsie, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, or the charity of your choice.
