I was so sad to just learn of Charlie’s passing. My Husband Wayne suddenly passed recently. Over the past years he often where Charlie had moved to. He would have loved to have gotten in touch with him. Hopefully they are getting together now. Charlie was always such a Sweetheart – a joy to visit with. I am sure he is missed very much.

Sorry for my late condolences to Charlies Family. Many years have passed (54 to be exact) since I have seen or heard of Charles. We grew up across the street from each other. Charles, Larry hand his family living on Talon St. and I living above Emonds Funeral home on 271 St. Joseph Blve. We spent many days and hours playing together. I have often thought of Charles and Larry over the years but being that I lived on the west coast for many years and only returning to Ottawa only every second year but visited the old neighbourhood every time and thought of them and what ever happend to them. Sad to find of Charles passing.

My condolences to Charlies’ family and friends…he is a dear friend from the past. He was a large part of my children, Shannon and Chelseas’ childhood. Everyone loved Charlie, and he had a special spot in his heart for my youngest, Chelsea…his little redhead! My girls were sad to hear the news as well. His suffering is over, but the world is a lesser place without him. My warmest thoughts to you Sharon and your family that Charlie was such a loving part of.

I wish to express my sincere sympathy to Sharon and family at the passing of Charlie. We at Towerview all loved Charlie for his smile, his wit, his wisdom and his ready assistance. We will miss him very much. On a more personal note, I found Charlie to be an informed conversationalist with a willingness to share his opinions … and to listen to mine.
