At his residence on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 Clarence (Jim) Fairbairn of Exeter in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Audrey (Ballantyne) Fairbairn. Dear father of Ann and Stephen Moore of Perth, Bill and Julie Fairbairn of Sarnia, and Doug and Debbie Fairbairn of Exeter. Dear grandfather of Andrew and Tori, and Heather; Michael, Jacqueline and Kristin; and Letisha. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Shirley and Cork Bedard of Detroit, and Mabel Statton of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Predeceased by brothers Bill, Fred and Elliott and sisters Mary, Mae, Olive and Agnes. Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Wednesday evening 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM with Rev. Paul Ross officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to Parkinson’s Foundation would be appreciated by the family. There will be an Oddfellows service in the funeral home Wednesday evening at 6:45 PM.
