It is sad to see Mickey go but she has lived way beyond her expected life span. She was so lucky to be born into such a great family who loved and cared for her deeply. She was able to be in her own home most of her life until it was not longer possible. Thanks Paul and Betty for your devotion to Mickey all these years.

The Lord works in mysterious ways – Mickey was a wonder that needed love and care. Her family answered the call. Now Mickey is in God’s care. Those left to mourn her passing will miss that “wonder”. May she rest in peace.

My grandmother, Gayle was such an inspiration to me and to many others in our family by the special way she cared for and treasured Mickey. She didn’t preach the culture of life, but she lived it every day. What a wonderful example of self-giving love she gave to all of us. Her brothers and sisters always cared for Mickey with the greatest respect and love and her nieces and nephews and other relatives did too. That’s what Grandma would expect and what Mickey deserved as a beloved child of God.
Mickey was always Grandma’s baby here on earth and now will have been carried to her loving arms once again by our Lord Jesus.
Rest in peace, Mickey, you are in a better place now with your loved ones for eternity.
