Sorry to hear about this tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and close acquaintances. Dennis was a team mate of mine in hockey and fast ball, while I was growing up in Lucan. Dennis had a wicked fast ball and one hell of a left hook in (hockey). We sang many songs together at the Irish Nine camp fires and to this day I can never remember the words. We thought that we made a couple of hits ( Title of one song – These Kodiak Boots). He always had your back while playing sports and you could always count on him if you were ever in need. For those that knew Dennis he was a true gentlemen and a class act with myself and family, while I was growing up in Lucan. Rest in peace my friend and tell them (the Angel fast ball team) that there is one hell of a second basemen coming up in a few years. Cloud Nine or Irish Nine you will truly be missed.

Hi Sheila and Tania
We will be praying for you guys. I know how much you loved your Dad. Losing your Dad is just devastating. Especially when you love him so much. Trust that God will carry you through the next few days. Read the poem called footprints. “It was then that I carried you” it says and that is so true. Love from both of us.
