John went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 9, 2020 of Lucan at the age of 67. Brother of Father Gerard Dewan, Joe (Jo-Ann) Dewan, Anne Marie (Arnold) Bos, Margaret (Dave) Cook, Mary (Christopher) McCarthy, Patrick Dewan, and Rita (Dan) Sceli. John will be missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Dear nephew of Jean McDonnell. Predeceased by his parents Alice (McDonnell) and John Dewan and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Saturday, November 14th from 9 – 10 AM. Due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions, each person must RSVP for the visitation in the funeral home. Please click “Register Now” below to register.
A private family funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Lucan.
