Diane, words cannot say how much I am so sad about your accident and we worked together at Hillside Manor from when I started in June 1994 and upwards through the years. I miss your beautiful smile and your encouragement from when you helped me through work. You gave me the strength to carry on and guided me to the people for help all the time.
May you rest in peace and be with the angels looking down over everyone now and know so much how we miss you. Say hi to my baby boy Dean up there and my families.
Until we meet again, God has another angel amongst all of his angels.
Sincerely,
Jan Hughes

When I think of Diane, I think of a caring person who had a special gift of sensing what people needed to be more comfortable and happy. For this I truly admired and respected her. Her laughter and big smile always will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It&&single&&s been almost a month, since Diane&&single&&s accident. I am thinking about all of you, and hope that you are finding some way to make it through this terrible time. I think about the funeral, and saw the horrific pain that you all were going through, I wish that there was more I could say, Diane was truly loved, I saw it in everyone of your faces. She did more in her 52 years, then some people do in a 100. She made her time count. I will always remember her laugh, she was an incredible woman.

I had the pleasure of working with Dianne @ Hillside 12 yr ago and 2 years ago our lives collided again at Hillside. She hadn&&single&&t changed. Her laughter brought back many memories of my 6 years @ Hillside. She was gifted with a sweet approach to residents who were challenging to work with. She made life @ Hillside LIVING for any resident who was fortunate to have as her caregiver. It was only today as I was reading a bulletin board @ Hillside that I read a poem of Diane. I was shocked and deeply saddened that she had died. I am thankful for her being a part of my life

Dear Raymond, Chris, Shannon & Mannie
We send our deepest sympathies to you all at this time. We were unaware of Diane&&single&&s passing until after her funeral. We have wonderful memories of having you as neighbours in Sebringville, the fun times catering together, and especially the beautiful smile and laughter that Diane shared with us and everyone she met. My Dad & I were very fortunate to see your Mom and Mannie at the Stratford Market this past summer and we had the chance to visit for a few precious minutes. She was so very proud of you Raymond, Chris & Shannon and all that you have accomplished! The memories you have will always keep her close to your hearts. To all of Diane&&single&&s family: I have known Diane three very short years because of Hillside. It did not take long to realize she was one of the best. To the Family of Diane,
Diane was a remarkable woman and touched the lives of many people. Having had the honour and privilege of working with Diane for many many years, I was always amazed at her positive outlook and attitude, no matter what the situation. She was always willing to put her needs aside to help others. She was a very proud mother to her three children and it was amazing to see her come to know happiness when Mannie entered her life. As you deal with the loss of Diane, our thoughts and prayers will be with you. Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the visitation or funeral but please know we are thinking of you. God Bless, Tanya Pol
