Dear Jim and boys, the Forrester’s and Dicken’s
It has been a long time since the Forresters and Fishers travelled east together in “The Drifter”, but I will always remember how much fun we had. Laurie was always ready to smile and laugh and belt out Johnny Cash’s “My Name is Sue” in the back of the Drifter. That is how I’ll always remember Laurie.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. And may God be there for you whenever you call on him, during this time of sorrow or in the future.
Sincerely
Rich and Tracy & Girls

I met Laurie years ago when she and I both worked at the Huron Country Playhouse. Years later seeing her at a racing event I learned that she was best friends with my cousin Lorna. I didn’t know her that well but she definitely had the personality and smile that you did not forget. She always said hi to me even after years of not seeing each other. The last I saw her was last year at a hockey game and she was sitting with her kids in tow and again she smile and said hi and we had a little chat. It is very sad to hear of her death and my thoughts are with the family at this time. Take care.
