Dear Don, Cathy, Doug, Mary and families,
Paul and I were so sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. She played an important role in such a large part of my life. Accepting Cathy’s rather boisterous friend into her inner circle was indeed a privilege. Lots of memories of meals shared, dancing, laughing and life stories built.
One of my most treasured memories was the gift Jean granted by allowing me to get ready for my wedding day (Mom and Dad had moved to the Wallaceburg area by then). She had my mother’s wedding dress and accessories laid out in her bedroom and couldn’t have made me feel more special.
Paul and I send our love and gratitude for our lifelong friendship. May you find comfort in the many happy memories that Jean and Don helped to create for us all.
