Dear Deb and family . ! Elvey will surely be missed and fondly remembered . I recall shortly after starting at woodcock brothers so many years ago , it seemed like every truck I would meet on the road would shout on the cb “where is Elvey” or “say hi to Elvey” . I thought to myself I&&single&&ve got to meet this Elvey fellow ! After he came off the road and joined us on the local fleet , I quickly learned what made him such a special and well liked man . Our sympathies and thoughts are with you all .

Deb and family.
I saw Elvey not so very long ago, in Stratford stopped at a light. I pulled up beside this big truck and glanced over and saw it was Elvey. He immediately rolled down his window and we had a quick chat. That is how I remember him, smiling and always ready to catch up. His positive disposition was infectious. It is truly sad that he is gone. He made the world a brighter place.
Sincerely,
Caroline

A chat, a thought I will be listening and praying. We will get through this, Elvey would want us all to be well.
