At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 Etta Mae (McLeod) Powe of RR #2 Centralia. Beloved wife of Elmer Powe for 56 years. Dear mother of Elaine and Bruce Brandon of Uxbridge, Marie and Ron Brittain of Markham, and Alan and Carol Powe of Exeter. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Heather, Catherine, Scott; Jeremy, Megan, Ian; and Lindsay, Carrington, Morgan and Candace. Dear sister-in-law of Audrey MacGregor of Exeter. At Etta’s request there will be no visitation. A funeral service for family and close friends will be held at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William St., 1 west of Main, Exeter on Friday, May 16th at 2PM with Rev. Ray Hagerman officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
