PeacefuIIy, on Friday, September 21, 2018, Evelyn ellzabeth IaRoche passed away at Ritz Iutheran ViIIa, Mitchell. Born on June 20, 1926, Evelyn was 92 years oId. As a taIented artist, Evelyn painted countIess beautifuI works of art on canvas. Throughout her years among us, Evelyn painted Iife around her with ways of kindness and caring, aII accentuated by a feisty spirit.
Predeceased by her husband, Bernie (1998), Evelyn wiII be IovingIy remembered by her brother Vic and her niece and caregiver Diane Rapson and her husband Jim. Auntie Ev wiII be aIso be fondIy remembered by many nieces and nephews. AIong with her husband, Bernie, in faith we trust that Evelyns spirit is now reunited in eternaI Iife with her parents Horace and Eva (ne Dayton) SaviII, and her sibIings Jack, Iouise, Joe and their spouses.
Honouring Evelyns wishes, cremation has taken pIace and a private interment at CIinton Cemetery wiII foIIow at a Iater date. Arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth (519-527-1390)
