Dear Joan and Family,
The end of anything is sad in some way and I was sad for all of you to hear about your father/grandfather. You have all spoken of him with me over the years with great affection. From these comments and what has been written of him, it is evident that he was a wonderful man who accomplished much in his life. Your description of the funeral and gathering following it capture his spirit and that of his family. I think of all of you often however, particularly now in this springtime of loss. Bobbie

Your Father was a tremendous Man, we will remember the vibrant, caring, humourous man, and we know that He and Dinah are having a grand old time. He was very proud of his family, and as much as we hate to say goodbye, it was the right time, in God&&single&&s time. God Bless you all. with sincere sympathy, peter and Janis

Dear Jim and Anne, and rest of family:
Our sympathies and thoughts are with you on the passing of your dad. He was a great man, a tireless contributor to his church & community, family and friends. I will cherish the memory of hearing his (and his brother&&single&&s) fine voice from the choir at St James Church when our family first moved to Seaforth in 1953. He always had words of wisdom and a ready smile whenever I met him when I was in town for some family event. We will miss him.

Dear Jane and family – My heart goes with you as I lost my Father a couple years ago and know how that loss leaves a void in ones life that can never be filled. But I feel his presence at times when I need him and know that yours will be looking over all of you and still taking care of you. Your colleague and friend, Shawna

The Sills Family,
My sympathies at this time of loss. Frank, along with John Cardno and Larry Plumsteel, hired me to teach English and French at Seaforth District High School forty-five years ago, almost to the day.
It has been a privilege to teach Frank&&single&&s children and grandchildren.
Frank&&single&&s life of community service and love of learning serves as a shining example to his family and to the community at large.

To the Sills Family
My thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathy are with all of you on the passing of a very fine and well respected gentleman. Frank is an inspiration to all who know him. I remember him as being a very kind, friendly and honest man. While growing up in Seaforth, I would pass the hardware store every day and your dad would take time to say hello with his warm smile and give a nod. He was always patient with me while trying to make a decision regarding purchases in the store. I remember your dad in the Remembrance Day parades, his devoted faith to the Catholic Church and his positive involvement in the Seaforth community. He was a great role model for others and Seaforth is a better place because of his contributions.
I wish all of you peace, comfort and cherished memories of your father, Frank.
With Love and Blessings to All

The Sills Family – Frank did indeed live an interesting life and had so much knowledge of Seaforth and we – as many others -did love to listen to the interesting stories that he was always ready to share. He will be missed, but I am sure you take comfort in the fact that he is now reunited with his beloved Dinah – of whom he talked about so much, expressing his love for her and his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. God BLess —– – Harry and Dianne Mero

Our condolences to the Sills family . It was an honour to have worked with Frank. From the personal tour of the third floor archives at the store to the stories he told. He was passionate about his community and his adoration for his family. His stories of the war gave me a new appreciation for the veterans. He was an amazing man.
Tracy Schelken
You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Frank will be missed by many. When I use to do Home Care in the summers I loved it when he would be assigned as one of my late day clients as this meant that long after my shift ended I was still free to sit there and listen to his wonderful stories out on that big front porch. My favourite I think is the story about bringing his new bride home to Seaforth. He definitely was a man who loved his family and loved life, and he was blessed to have all of you as his family.

Jane, Len & family- Our sincere sympathy for the loss of your father, father-in-law and grandfather. We will remember Frank as being a very interesting man to converse with. It made any visit with Frank present an interesting one. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.
