Peacefully, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine Site on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 Gladys Alberta (Wakeford) Pestill of Kincardine and formerly Port Franks in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Frederick Pestill (2005). Dear mother of Nick and Nola Pestill of Guelph, Gary and Patty Pestill of Regina, Sharon and Don Colter of Exeter, Wayne and Meg Pestill of Kincardine and Debbie Wakefield of London. Missed by her 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Bud and Barb Wakeford of Burlington and Doreen and Ray Plant of Milton. Predeceased by grandson Charles Pestill and sisters Helen Purcell, Marie Coles and Marnie Wakeford. A memorial service will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Friday, June 19th at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation with inurnment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
