Dear Ruth, Susan and families:
All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Your mom was such a wonderful friend to our mom Dorothy Dow. Our mom valued and looked forward to the times that they spent together in Cromarty. Also it is hard to believe that the years have sped by so quickly from when your mom and dad would have me babysit you guys on Saturday nights – I still have the chicken pox scar to prove it!!! I am sure there was a wonderful reunion in heaven as we all cherish the memories that have been created.
Sincerely
Brenda

Thinking of your family at this sad time. I mentioned your Mom&&single&&s passing to my family Saturday and my daughter said “Is that the nice lady at the legion?” Sure was! She was a gem, liked by everyone who met her. The kids remembered that she would serve cookies at the Legion public speaking events. Remember the good times, share your stories, and she&&single&&ll stay with you forever.

Susan, Ruth & your families;
Our deepest sympathies are extended to you in the loss of your Mom, Mother-in-law, Grandma and Friend to many. Please take comfort in knowing that Gwennie fought her hardest to stay as long as she could. She did all she was told to do, sometimes with a little grumble, but that wouldn&&single&&t have been Gwen had she not been able to mumble a little bit. She loved all of you with all of her heart.
Please be at Peace knowing that she is reunited with your Dad, Will and Alf. Even though you can&&single&&t see them everyday, they will always be watching over all of you and directing you on the right path from above. Nobody can take away your beautiful memories that all of you hold near and dear to your hearts. These are the greatest gifts that can be left behind for each of you to cherish always.
A Mother&&single&&s Love
A Mother&&single&&s love is something that no one can explain,
It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish and enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it or take that love away . . .
It is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters even though the heart is breaking . . .
It believes beyond believing when the world around condemns,
And it glows with all the beauty of the rarest, brightest gems . . .
It is far beyond defining, it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret like the mysteries of creation . . .
A many splendored miracle, man cannot understand
And another wondrous evidence of God&&single&&s tender guiding hand.
Keeping all of you close in thought and prayer in the difficult days ahead as you continue on your earthly journey without your much loved Mom, Mother-in-law, Grandma and Friend.
Hugs always…Colleen, Dave, Michelle & Brandon
