Passed away at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall on Friday, June 7, 2013, formerly of Huron Park, after celebrating her 73rd birthday in March. She was blessed with over 55 years of marriage to her sweetheart, Alfred J. P. Harvey. She will be missed by her 5 children: Cheri Harvey of Crediton, Judy and Bruce Russell of Shipka, Cathy Harvey of London, Alfred Jr. and Vicki Harvey of Exeter and Tammy Gillan of Exeter. Fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear friend of Pastor Bob DeGraw of Centralia. Predeceased by her parents Ralph and Norma Romphf.
The family acknowledges the staff at Queensway Nursing Home, C.C.A.C. and South Huron Hospital for their gracious and patient care of Mom during her stay.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Monday, June 10th for 2 hours (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM), where the funeral service will be held at 1 PM with Pastor Bob DeGraw officiating. Interment Crediton Cemetery.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (“Big Bike” – Team Huron Tractor Cycle-Paths) or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
