Hazel will be remembered by every kid of my generation for her kindness and generosity at the local rink and beyond. Hazel and Roy were like surrogate parents to many who hung out as rink rats, hockey players, figure skaters and anyone interested in the community and its hub, the arena. A great lady + a great life = great memories.

Our thoughts are with you. Hazel was a great neighbor and friend for my mother when they lived at the Victoria Street apartment building at the same time.
