Thinking of you, Gwen, Karen and Kathy. We had so many good times with your Mom and Dad. They were great neighbours and friends. Eleanor came to my aid when I first started curling. No one wanted a new curler on their team but Eleanor and Doris took a chance with me. Eleanor recruited Gwen and off we went to the ladies spiel.
We curled several years together at that spiel and often took home some pretty good prizes. I have Eleanor to thank for my love of curling. Eleanor will be missed by many for all of her moments of kindness.

92 years are a life well lived.
I have many fond childhood memories of family gatherings at the Kippen farm.

Dear Gwen, Cathy and Karen:
I am so sorry for your loss. Eleanor was a great lady, and a true friend to my Mom Edna, as they both entered the Villa together in 2014. I always enjoyed visiting her, as she was so full of life. We loved remembering the Thames Road years and watching the Blue Jays. She was a proud member of the community, adored her family, and was a snappy dresser. I will miss our regular phone calls very much. My heart goes out to you all.

We are so sorry to hear of Aunt Eleanor’s passing. I hadn’t the opportunity to visit her with the Covid restrictions this last year and a half. She always enjoyed when I would bring in my grandkids. Aunt Eleanor loved to keep me updated on your families and she lit up when telling me about her grandchildren. Please accept our condolences. Sorry to hear of Eleanor’s passing. Eleanor was a great neighbour! I often would stop and have a chat with her in the summer when she would be sitting on her porch. She would light right up when telling me about her grandchildren. Eleanor liked to talk about Hugh and the insurance business. She also liked to reminisce about her baseball days. She looked forward to her many outings with her girls and would always be fashionably dressed and looked amazing!
Our sincere sympathies,
