At LHSC-Victoria Hospital, London after a lengthy battle with leukemia, the Lord called him home on Friday, January 21, 2011, of Winchelsea in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Pausma) Den Hollander. Dear father of Eric Den Hollander, Mark and Janene Den Hollander, and Matthew and Melanie Den Hollander all of Usborne Township. Dear grandfather of Zachary, Katelyn, Allyson, Alexis; Olivia and Landon. Dear brother of Art and Margaret of Grand Valley, Elizabeth and Jim Greydanus of Brampton, and Riza and Len Struyk of Leamington.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Exeter Christian Reformed Church, 332 Huron Street West, Exeter on Tuesday, January 25th at 1 PM with Pastor Harry Frielink officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
Donations to the Exeter Christian School Society or the Bible League would be appreciated by the family.

He came with great regularity to Holland to speak to potential emigrants. In 1992 I have visited you, madam Den Hollander, and Hank during our stay in Ontario.

Although I personally have never met Hank, we regularly, at our church (Caven Presbyterian) prayed for him and for Marilyn, and in the later months as Hank became more and more ill, we prayed that Hank might know the reassuring presence of God. Eric has made such a wonderful contribution to the musical ministry of our church and we are saddened, for him, at the loss of a father.
