August 21, 1927
Formerly of Exeter and Ripley, Marjorie made her final journey in the early hours of December 24, 2021, to join her love of 72 years. Predeceased by her husband Howard Florin Hodge in 2019, Marjorie was the eldest daughter of Clarence Roy Johns and Beatrice Viola (Biggs) Johns. Loving Mother of Judy Bellavance (Dieter) of Stratford and Brent Hodge (Tracey) of Brighton, Michigan. Proud ‘Mama’ of Lindsay (Ryan), Adam (Allie), Breigh; Cole (Abby), Troy, and great grandchildren Oscar (Lindsay) and Hailey (Cole). Dear sister-in-law of Evelyn Johns of Lucan. Marjorie was predeceased by siblings; Norman, Gordon, Kathleen, Marie, and Helen (in infancy). “Auntie Marj’ will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Her never ending commitment and devotion to family gave her, her greatest pleasures.
Her family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the staff of Kingsway Lodge in St Mary’s for their care and compassion while she was a resident.
Marjorie’s memorial service will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, EXETER on Saturday, June 11th at 1PM. Cremation with interment Zion Cemetery.
Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

I wish to express my condolences to the family. Bill & I worked with Howard and Marj
on different occasions within the FCRV club Exeter Nomads. We visited Howard in the home but lost touch after he died. Marj and Howard were wonderful people to be associated with.
