Dear Deb and Lisa:
Have been away for the past three weeks and have just learned of your father’s passing. I have a lot of good memories of your dad and your mom. They were great neighbours, always lots of fun. I never had to worry about my dad after mom passed away, because your mom and dad always watched out for him. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and may all your good memories of your dad make the ache in your heart bearable.

I am very sad to hear this, but very glad of all of the wonderful memories of Big John, and how great a neighbour he was. I do and always will cherish the early morning drives in the blue Kenworth Cabover to get salt in Goderich and deliver it somewhere. And the great times on Victoria Street with our families.
He is already missed and always will be.
