Dearest Bill & Grant, It seems like yesterday when Aunt Norma used to pick me up and let me be part of your family for 2 weeks while I attended bible school and became the sister you two never wanted. Norma & Don made me feel so special and when she delivered our mail I was always in ah of how good she could drive a car sitting in the passager side while delivering mail. Her warm spirit and great laugh will be with me always. Now her and my mom can be together again and Uncle Don. So good to talk to you Grant and miss you all. Love Jan

Our sincerest sympathy on the loss of your dear mother. For many, many years, Norma was our faithful & dependable mail lady. No matter the weather, you could rely on her delivery around the same time each day…The epitome of a dedicated postie. We can only recall missing one day during a snow storm. If she knew you were ill, a new mom, or just unable to make it out to your mail box, she would deliver right to your door. She provided a much appreciated service that never again was replicated. She also provided that level of personal service at her decorating store. A special lady that has & will be greatly missed by many.

I was saddened to hear of Norma’s passing. I often frequented Exeter Décor Centre for decorating needs and a friendly chat with Norma and her employees. Grant, Diane, Bill, Darlene and family;
Please accept our deepest sympathy. I can remember many great times with your mom and dad and our families getting together – snowmobiling, playing cards, lunch after dances, visits on a Sunday, lots of fun and laughs. Your mom was such an inspiration. She was always cheerful and happy-go-lucky, ready with off the cuff remarks, and always interested in events in our family. She accomplished a lot in her store, more than she ever knew. She made a lot of good friends, provided a wonderful convenience and was most helpful with her ideas and creativity. She will indeed be missed. Thinking of you and your family.

I remember your mom giving popcicles to your cousin Janice Armstrong and myself on summer holidays at your place. She was a real nice lady. Always busy.
In a more gentler time, I also remember your Dad coming into our home and delivering our groceries, putting them right on the kitchen table, even when no one was home. You will have good memories of hard working, dedicated parents. They will always be remembered.
