Jane ellzabeth AppIegath, passed away peacefuIIy at Seaforth Iong Term Care Home, on Saturday, February 23, 2019. In her 65 years among us, Jane aIways had a speciaI pIace in her heart for famiIy and her pets. Jane wiII be remembered as a Ioving, gentIe souI- one who Ioved and was easy to Iove in return. A Tim Hortons was a weIcome addition to any day.
Jane wiII be IovingIy remembered by her daughter Katharine AppIegath and son-in-Iaw Ian Gordon of Zurich. Fond memories of Jane remain with sibIings and sibIings-in-Iaw EIaine and Chris Catapano, Wayne and Ginger AppIegath, Stephen AppIegath, and a wide circIe of Ioving nieces and nephews. Jane was a dear friend to Margaret Goodwin. In faith, we trust that Janes spirit is now reunited in eternaI Iife with her parents Gordon and June (ne HuxtabIe) AppIegath.

Thank you Jane for some of the best memories a big sister could give to her little brother. It&&single&&ll be hard for me to listen to the Beatles or Gordon Lightfoot for a while without shedding a tear.

I am so sad still with the passing of my dear sister. I will miss her talks and I know she is in a better place. She is with mom and dad now. I am missing her like crazy.
