Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, Andre Dominic Jeffrey, of St. Joseph, Ont, passed away in his 4th year. Beloved son of Dennis and Sheila Jeffrey of St. Joseph. Dear brother of Donavon and Monica at home. Sadly missed by his grandmother Mary Lou Denomme, his great aunts, great uncles, aunts, uncles and cousins. Joined in Heaven with his grandparents Dominic and Thelma Jeffrey and Matthew Denomme.
Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 21, 2009 in the St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph. Ont. at 11 am. Fr. Peter Keller celebrant. Cremation with interment to follow in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Parish Prayers will be said on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto or a charity of one’s choice .

Just want to tell you I will always remember my beautiful little nephew Andre. He had the biggest brown eyes. I remember playing building blocks with him. He was a happy little quy, because he was so loved. You were the perfect family for him.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Even though I only had a short time to get to know Andre, he truly was a very special boy…..He had such strength to keep fighting back at all that life threw at him, enormous patience to put up with all the hospital tests and such, a big heart full of love,forgiveness and understanding. I’m glad that I got a chance to see him as well when he was feeling a bit better. His “comments” and facial expressions as he checked out something new, could only make one smile :)
