1951 – 2022
With his family by his side, Harold Lewis William Johns passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the age of 71. Son of the late William Johns (2015) of Exeter. Harold is survived by his mother Jean (King) Johns of London. Proud father of Justin Mullis of London. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Terry, Brad and Connie, and Trudy Johns Ferguson. He will be sadly missed by his sister Trudy and many close family members and friends.
Harold was a simple man. His first love was horses. Through his working years, Harold did farm work, grader operator, trucking and cross walk patrol. He enjoyed company, good conversation, riding horses, bonfires, always giving a helping hand and making people laugh. Harold will be remembered for tackling life’s difficult challenges and living his life to the fullest one day at a time.

Dear Harold,
I am sad to read your name here on a page where so many others from the community have told their life story. There are not many Elimville Line originals left. We last spoke about four years ago at the Edgewood gas station. It was good to say hello and check in with you. You covered the chore load several times for Lorne and I and we always came home to happy cows and a clean barn. It was appreciated. Your picture gallery makes me smile. Your smile never changed. Go gently in this next journey and say hello to folks we know.
Sincere sympathy to the family,
Margaret Hern ( Johns )
