Peacefully with his daughter Ruth at his side at London Health Sciences Centre University Campus on Friday October 31, 2003 Leo Francis Morkin formerly of Lucan in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Walsh) Morkin (1985). Dear father and father-in-law of Joe and Mary Morkin of Ilderton, Pat and Carrol Morkin of Calgary Alberta, Ruth Murphy of Guelph and John Murphy of Dunsford. Dear grandfather of Nancy and Edwin, Julie and her fiancÚ Chad and Angela; Andrea and Wayne, Maureen, Caroline and Sheila and great grandfather of Olivia, Spencer and Sophia. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mary Maguire of London, Christina Armstrong of Toronto and Helen Morkin of London. Predeceased by a brother Tom Morkin and brothers-in-law Bev Maguire and Jack Armstrong. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St.Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Monday, November 3rd at 11 AM with Father Daniel Rocheleau presiding. Interment St.Patrick’s Cemetery. Donations to the St.Patrick’s Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family. Prayers will be said in the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 PM.
