Doug was a nice guy & we should have seen him more often. Ted was looking forward to getting out for some golf this summer. We will miss seeing him & having a chat. Rest in Peace, Doug.

An extraordinary life cut too short. We met Doug at the last family reunion, and it was as if we knew him all our lives. He had many tales of his bush pilot days, and I only wish we would have had more time to hear them all.
May he Rest in Peace
Condolence: It was with regret that we heard of the passing of Lion Doug. In his two years with the Goderich Lions Club he was always a willing helper and enjoyed his time with our organization. We will miss him.
Condolence: Doug was a terrific person and will be truly missed. I’ll keep fond memories of our trips to Manitoulin Island, a place that he loved very much.
